FAILURE OF A FIRM. SERIOUS PRICE REDUCTIONS. . (United Prdss. Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) NEW YORK, September 30. - The failure of the Stock Exchange firm of J. A. Sisto and Co. to-day brought about a terrific drive ou both the curb and the Stock Exchange, resulting in serious price reductions in a large list of stocks, losses of one to .eight points being registered. Thiq failure is the first to have occurred with a Stock Exchange firm since last autumn's depression.
