Cable advice has been received by the Hawera agents of a well-known Tooley street merchant that all British official contracts for the supply, of cheese stipulate that the cheese should be of full cream. WELLINGTON, September 30. Victor Bass, aged 31, was sentenced to three months' imprisonment for stealing 251 b of copper wire from the Public Works at Ngahauranga. It was transmission line wire.
