DEATH ANNOUNCED. (United Frees Association.) (By Electric. Telegraph— Copyright.) LONDON, September 90. (Received Oct. .1, at 1,45 a.m.) The death of the Earl of Birkenhead is announced. A message received earlier stated that a bulletin issued by the' doctors announced that there, had been a recurrence of the congestion of the lung and a considerable rise in temperature.
