The wind was light from the south-west, and the conditions bright and sunny on Saturday, but- cloudy to-day. , i The .barometer is steady at 30.05 in. CHRISTCHURCH. June 15. Though the weather was fine yesterday morning, the sky became overcast early in the afternoon, 1 and at 3 o’clock steady rain set in and' continued' till well into the night. To-day has been perfect, with no wind and bright, warm sunshine. The barometer has a falling tendency, . '
