MEETING OF OTAGO COMMITTEE. The committee was pleased to see that the City Council had at last realised the necessity of something being done for flood protection. The delegates on the unem- 1 ployment Committee gave a report of the : worit that had been and was being done, those who were dealing with distress had had a very busy fortnight. |
