THE “ POCKET BATTLESHIP.” NO INSTALMENT IN BUDGET. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) BERLIN, May 9. (Received May 9, at 8 p.m.) The Budget Committee of the Reichstag struck out the first instalment for the second “pocket battleship” from the naval estimates. The Daily Telegraph’s correspondent says that the decision is practically certam/to be confirmed by the Reichstag.
