Lieutenant-general Sir Talbot Hobbs (Australia) tooted the war graves <f Egypt, Gallipoli, Prance, and Belgium, an ’ found that the cemeteries were being splendidly maintained and the personal interest of the guardians most touching. He said it was a labour of love. “ 1 am unable to praise too highly the Eastern department, whore difficulties in deallug with the Turks and Russians demand the utmost tact.”
