WILD ESCAPADE.

"RAG" AT FORMER SCHOOL. Sir. Charles Thomas Mappin, a 21-year-old London baronet, is an old boy of an English college. The other day he met Stephen Congdon, aged 21, who was at the college with him- They decided to revisit: their old school.
