CONDITIONS IN THE NORTH. (Special to Daily Tikes.) AUCKLAND, May 0. The -weather continues fine at Auckland, with a light southerly and a dear sky. The barometer is steady at 30.50 in. WELLINGTON, May 9. The weather to-day was perfect, and the conditions to-night suggest a continuance. CHRISTCHURCH, May 9. The weather, following 13.3 degrees of frost last night, was fine to-day, but there was more cloud than sunshine. There was no wind. The maximum temperature was SO degrees. The barometer remains high, but baa fallen four points, the reading this evening being 30.41. The night is clear and cold.
