The, hereditary Princess Charlotte’ of ’ Monaco, when she file's .a suit for divorce, will make her application as an ordinary subject of the Principality. P In the ordinary course the case would come, before her father, the' ruling prince, but in. view, of his personal interest in the suit he has appointed a special court to hear the application in his stead. The Princess’s husband. Prince Pierre* has already filed a suit for separation; It is said that the Princess has lost the popular sympathy she formerly enjoyed, and that there is a growing desire that she should abdicate her right to succeed her father in favour of her son.
