REDUCTION OF ACTIVITIES. THE DOMINIONS CONSULTED. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON. May 6. It is understood that the British Government is in active consultation with the .dominions, in regard to Singapore. It apparently considers that the Naval Conference results are successful enough to warrant a reduction of the activities at the base, and possibly eventually tho abandonment of it. ,
