(Received May 6, at 10 p.m.) The Navigation Department in Sydney has received a message from the steamer Taranaki, which is off the Queensland coast, stating that' the crew saw the lights of a small steamer proceeding west off Gape Cleveland last night, and suddenly the lights disappeared.
