The "Wellington -Corporatioh Tramway* showed a credit balance pf £15,667 for “the financial. year recently ended, but this was almost entirely used up by, the £14,628 debit on -the buses. The - , electrical department’s account shows a net surplus of £59,295 on the year’s working, and reductions in charges are announced. .
