(Per United Press Association,) TIMARU, April IThe Management Committee of., the' South Canterbury Rugby Union to-night instructed its delegates to the annual meeting of the New Zealand Rugby Union strongly to protest against the. proposed charges'at -the provincial fixtures in connection with the tour of the English team.
