A. Cameron, £4 10s, for goods supplied, with costs (£1 3s fid); Jago, Biggs. Ltd,, v. E. O’Shaughnessy (Milton), £2, for goods supplied, with costs (£1 3s fid); Frederick Edward Hellyer v. Harold William M’Farlane. fl Cs fid, for goods supplied, with costs (9s). JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. Butterfield’s, Ltd., proceeded against George F. Woods on a claim for £5 9s 4d. The defendant was ordered to pay the amount claimed, with costs (225), in default six days’ imprisonment. The Citizens’ Loan and Finance Company, Ltd., proceeded against Hugh George Smith, claiming the sum of £3 3s. The defendant was ordered to pay the amount, with costs (6s), in default four days imprisonment,
