NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eighty-first Annual Meeting, of the Members of the Society will be held in the Society's Head Office Building, 87 Pitt street, Sydney, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon of FRIDAY, APRIL 11, 1930, for the purpose of: — 1. Receiving the Report of the Directors on the business of the Society for the year ended December 31, 1929. 2. Electing an Auditor in lieu of T. F. H. Mackenzie, Esq., F.C.P.A., who retires in terms of By-law 29, but is eligible for re-election, and has given the requisite notice that he is a candidate for the vacancy. 3. Declaring the amount of divisible Surplus for the year ended December 31. 1929. In terms of By-law 13, the Directors who retire at noon on the date of the Annual Meeting are Alexander Jobson, Esq,, and Cecil H.
