REPORTS FROM NORTHERN CENTRES. (Special to Daily Times.) AUCKLAND. Februarv 25. Heavy showers fell in Auckland at an early hour this morning, but afterwards the day was fine, the wind being light from the south-west. WELLINGTON, February 25. The weather in j Wellington to-day was fine, with a fair southerly breeze. The night is clear. CHRISTCHURCH. February 25. The weather to-day was cloudy but warmer and brighter in the afternoon, with intermittent sunshine. A light south-west wind changed to the east after midday, and the night is cold. The barometer is steady.
