MEXICAN LEGATION
WITHDRAWAL FROM MOSCOW. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, February 3. (Received. Feb. 3, at 11.5 p.m.) The Riga correspondent of The Times says that Moscow announces that the whole of Mexico’s Legation staff departed on January 31. The newspapers at present are reviling tile United States aa the instigators ,of the rupture of Russo-Mesican friendliness and peaceful co-operation. A previous message read aa follows: The Government has ordered the entire Legation staff at Moscow to leave Soviet Russia as a protest against the recent Communist 'demonstrations before the Mexican Embassies at Washington, Buenos Aires, and Rio de Janeiro. The Government holds Moscow responsible for the demonstrations.
