TROUBLE AWAITING TUNNEY. NEW YORK, December 2. Gene Tunney, the retired heavy-weight boxing champion, and his wife returned from the honeymoon tour of Europe, the former to face two suits, one for breach of promise from his former lady friend, Mrs Catherine Fogarty, and another for alienation of the affections by Catherine divorced husband, Tunney being alleged to be the cause of the divorce.
