EXTENSION TO DOMINIONS, MATTER FOR DISCUSSION. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, December 13. In a statement on behalf of M. Sokolnikoff (Soviet Ambassador), m! Goelson, an attache at the Embassy, said that the Soviet was anxious that the question of representatives to the dominions should be discussed immediately with Mr Henderson, hut it is not yet known whether appointments have been made or what form they will take. M. Goelson says that Moscow is particularly anxious that the representatives shall be trade officials, as the Soviet is anxioue to expand its trade with the dominions..
