KIWI DEFENCE RIFLE CLUB.
The Kiwi Defence Rifle Club fired the final competition of No. 3 t o> . prizes presented by Dr Evans, on Saturafternoon, Fine weather prevailed and there was a large attendance. Some good shooting resulted. The light aid wind were tricky at both ranges. At 500 yards. Rifleman F. Clayton (47) and Rifleman H. Stinson (46) were toe beat scorers, whilst at 600 yards, Rifleman W. ? nd , Rtopi L. Ogg (B Grade) (43; headed the list. The A Grade competition resulted m a very dose contest. Rifleman beatin 8 Rifleman F. Clayton on the 600 yards scorea As Rifleman H, Stinson did not compete for the prizes in the B Grade, Rifleman L. Ogg secured his first win. with Rifleman H. Tattersfield second. Rifleman K. Stinson, with another excellent score, wod the range badge. Conditions: 10 shots two optional sighters at 600 and 600 yards. The following are the scores:— A GRADE.
