HOLDER’S RIGHT TO SELL, (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, December 4. (Received Dec. 4, at 0 p.m.) Mr T. Shaw (Minister of War), in answer to a question, said he doubted the desirability of making illegal the sale of the Victoria Cross, The Army Act forbade the sale of decorations and medals to unauthorised persons, but this did not prevent bona fide sales to collectors and similar purchasers. Mr E, Thurtle: Is not the man who earns a decoration, entitled to do what he likes with it? There was no answer.
