RENEWED TENSION
ITALY AND JUGOSLAVIA, ALLEGED SPY SYSTEM. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) BELGRADE, December 4. (Received Dec. 5, at 0.15 a.m.) New Italo-Jugoslav tension nas been aroused by the alleged discovery of a huge Italian spy system, under which Italy has Obtained possession of the whole of the Jugoslav mobilisation plans. Four ex-Russian officers, who were employed by the Ministry of Communications, have been arrested.
