BILL BEFORE PARLIAMENT. A SEVENTEEN-HOUR DEBATE. (United Press Association.! (By Electric Telegrapb-—Copyright.) LONDON, November 13. The House of Commons rose at 8.20 this morning after a 17 hours’ sitting, of which 10 were spent on the Pensions Bill debate. There wore 19 divisions. Sir Austen Chamberlain, on behalf o' the Opposition, promised to .get the Bii; through all stages by Tuesday. Mr A. Greenwood (Minister in charge of the Bill) accepted the compromise, tile Liberals ‘assenting.
