(Received Nov. 14, at 5.5 p.m.) In the House of Commons, Mr Arthur Ponsonby (Undcr-seeretary • for the Dominions), replying to a question con cerning the conference on dominion and merchant shipping legislation, which is still sitting, said he could not say when it was likely to report. The question of the publication of the report would be a matter foT the consideration of the respective Governments.
