Scoutmaster Cooksey, who was in charge of the New Zealand contingent to tfse International Jamboree, in a message on behalf of the boys, sayif: “They are returning with the determination to place Scouting where it should be in the Dominion, as one of the greatest influences for good which was ever spread over the world. They must have the help of all classes, and want men of vision to come forward and take up a work which was a great responsibility, and must onlv be undertaken by those with the welfare of the boys and the future of the country at heart.’’
