FRENCH CHAMBER
GOVERNMENT'S PROGRAMME.' A WARM RECEPTION. (United Press Association.) (By Electrlo Telegraph— Copyright.) PARIS, November 8. {Received Nov. 8, at 11' p.m.) M.
