QUESTION OF RELATIONS. CONVERSATIONS PROCEEDING. (British Official Wireless.) | (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph— Copyright.) RUGBY, September 24. After a meeting this morning between Mr Arthur Henderson and M, Dovgalevsky, the Soviet envoy, at the British rorcign the following official statement was issued:—“ The conversation lasted for two hours. Mr Henderson submitted to ■3l. Dovgalevsky the rest of tlie subjects for discussion, and the method of procedure for the subsequent negotiations was considered. It has been arranged that a further meeting shall take place to-morrow at 4 o’clock.” OFFICIAL CO3I3IUNIQUE. SUBJECT FOR DISCUSSION. LONDON,- September 24, “I think you will find the official communique most satisfactory,” said 31. Dovgalevsky, after two hours’ discussion with 3lr Henderson at the Foreign office. The communique announced that 3lr Henderson had submited a list of subjects for discussion and the procedure to be .adopted in any forthcoming negonations. These were reconsidered. CESSATION OP PROPAGANDA. , LONDON, September 23. ..(Received Sept. 25, at 9 p.m.) The 3loi nmg Post’s diplomatic correspondent states that a formula will most likely be found by which the Soviet will undertake to acknowledge in writing the principle of indebtedness and the cessation of propaganda, but a final settlement dealing with finance trade will be concluded alter the Soviet representative lias been nominated. -
