After a meeting this morning between Mr Arthur Henderson and M, Dovgalevsky, the Soviet envoy, at the British rorcign the following official statement was issued:—“ The conversation lasted for two hours. Mr Henderson submitted to ■3l. Dovgalevsky the rest of tlie subjects for discussion, and the method of procedure for the subsequent negotiations was considered.
