NOT A BREACH OF PRIVILEGE. REPORT OP SPECIAL COMMITTEE. (From Oor Parliamentary Reporter, 1 WELLINGTON, September 25. Atmore) said to Mr A. M. Samuel (Reform member for Thames), “I will tell them something about you in Egypt. , Speaking to the report, the Leader of the Opposition (Mr J. G. Coates) stated that the finding representd the consensus of opinion of the committee. The resolution would not have been arrived at had the members not been satisfied that the remarks were made in a jocular sense and that no deduction could be taken from them. The report was tabled.
