IN ROCHESTER CATHEDRAL. n i a prlvate serv ice in Rochester Cathedral recently the casket containing the ashes of Dr Harrington Lees, formerly Archbishop pf Melbourne, was d°posited in the Lady Chapel. Later a slab of Buchan marble will be affixed, and it will be inscribed as follow's:—" Harrington Clare Lees. Born March 17, 1870, and entered into the fuller life January 10, 1029. The casket was carried in a procession to the quiet Lady Chapel and deposited in a cavity beneath the altar rail. Dr Lees’s widow’ lijid a cross of scarlet geraniums upon the resting place of the casket.
