To the Ratepayers in that portion of the Bruce County included in the Otgao Electric Power District: Ladies and Gentlemen — For the past three years I have been one of your representatives on the Power Board, being Chairman of the Works Committee for that period. During my term, the strictest economy has been practised, and the Board has been successful in practically completing the remaining 40 per cent, of its reticulation at a considerably reduced rate of expenditure. The cost of the completed Lawrence reticulation is well within the estimates, while during the last two years, the Board’s revenue has increased from £13,000 to £30,000. Power Board Finance in the earlier years presents a difficult problem, but if the Board’s present methods are persevered with, ultimate success is assured.
