A STRIKE AT OLDHAM. . SELLS TO BE CLOSED. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, May 3. The Federation of the Slaster Cotton Spinners’ - Associations at Manchester decided to close down the mills on Slay 18 until the end of the card room operatives’ strike at the Alma Mills, at Oldham. This decision will affect 200,000 operatives and 560 mills.—Australian Press Association—United Service.
