QUESTION OF CONTROL . BRITAIN AND EGYPT AGREE. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, May 2.. It is understood that the British and Egyptian Governments have ( agreed, regarding the use and control of the Nile waters. Notes confirming the agreement are being exchanged immediately. The agreement is. believed to be most comprehensive, dealing with all completed and proposed works oh the White and Blue Niles. —United Service.
