THE STEAMED TREGENNA.
ARAB FIREMEN LOCATED. (Special to. Da hit Times.) AUCKLAND, May 2. After a day’s search the six Arab firemen who absented themselves from the Hain Line steamer Tregenna were located in Auckland to-day and placed on board the vessel, .which sailed for New Plymouth to-night. ■. ' Kine Arab firemen left the .steamer on Wednesday morning owing to the captain’s refusal to employ two extra men in the stokehold.'; The police later apprehended three -of them, but the vessel was delayed pending the discovery of the other six. Under the immigration restrictions Arabs [are not allowed to enter the .country for residence, so that the vessel was foretd to await' their return before leaving port. Warrants were issued for the arrest of the six men and they were subsequently returned to the vessel by the police.
