THE DUKE AND DUCHESS
TO VISIT WEST INDIA DOCKS. INSPECTION OF DISCOVERY. (British Official Wireless.) (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) RUGBY May 1. The Dominions Office announces that the Duke and Duchess of York will pay a visit of inspection to the research ship Discovery, which is at present lying at the West India Docks, on the afternoon of May 2. Their Royal Highnesses will be conducted over the ship by Sir Douglas Mnwson, the leader of the expedition to the Antarctic,. for which the Discovery is now being reconditioned. Mr L. S. Amery (Dominions Secretary), r*ir Granville Ryrie (High Commissioner for Australia) and a representative of the High Commissioner for New Zealand will also be present.
