The amounts allowed for Distributors' Commission and Overhead'Expenses are liberal, and are based on' experience gained by the DUX Electric Heaters (World's ; Rights)' Limited. The estimated nett profit of £8,131 is more than 3J times the amount required to pay the annual dividend of 9 per centum on the 25,000 preference shares now being issued. It may be noted that, ari amount of £4.500 would he required to pay 9 per" centum on the total issued capital, thus-leaving ah v amount of £3,631 as a .surplus which should, from the inception of the Company’s business, be sufficient to establish a substantial reserve* First Year’s Dividend Guaranteed v i Vendor Company iii so assured of the success of the New Zealand Company’s undertaking from its inception that it, will guarantee the first year’s dividend of 9 per centum per annum to Preference Shareholders, so that investors can be amply assured that their capital is earning good interest from the date of it* being lodged.
