The amounts allowed for Distributors' Commission and Overhead'Expenses are liberal, and are based on' experience gained by the DUX Electric Heaters (World's ; Rights)' Limited. The estimated nett profit of £8,131 is more than 3J times the amount required to pay the annual dividend of 9 per centum on the 25,000 preference shares now being issued.
