It is reported from the Bluff that the Bluff Harbour Board’s tug Southland, which cost approximately £43,000, has been tied up indefinitely. It is stated that the • trouble annears to be in the engines, which have proved unreliable, ' causing delay or dislocation in the Stewart Island service.
