MOTOR COACH TRAGEDY
FIVE LIVES LOST. HEROISM OF THE DRIVER. (United Press Association.) (Sy Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, April 28. The fifth victim -of the motor, coach tragedy (a woman) has succumbed to her injuries. The survivors pay tribute to the heroism of the driver. Despite his injuries, he dragged out several people before rushing to the telephone to call the ambulance. Stories of self-sacrifice include that of a woman'who was lying on the roadside with her clothes burnt off saying; “ Don’t mind me; there are others who are worse.”—Australian Press Association —United Service.
