HIS MAJESTY'S THEATRE.
“THE PATSY.” Only one more opportunity remains of seeing “ The Patsy” at His Majesty’s Theatre. Much has been said and written about the play, which is rightly described as a charming and delightful comedy. "The Patsy” was born in America, and to some extent gives signs of the place in which its nativity was cast. But there is an abundance of clever matter about it that should not appeal in vain to the theatregoer. “ The Patsy” is not written on narrow lines, but is broad enough in its aspect to satisfy the most fastidious of critics. Miss Irene Homer is to be complimented upon the way she plays the leading female part, which affords ample scope for her unquestionable talent. She provides much of the amusement by her quaint speech and manner. The other members of the company contribute largely to the complete success attending a cleverly, well-written light comedy. Tonight will be the last opportunity of seeing “The Patsy” and those whose taste lies in the direction of bright comedy, of rather an uncommon kind, would be well repaid by a visit to His Majesty’s Theatre. * J
