The Kurow arrived at Dunedin on Wednesday from Auckland and Lyttelton, and was berthed at the cross - wharf - to discharge and load general cargo. Her freight from Auckland included a quantity of Island fruit ex the Tofua. The Kurow Is to sail to-day for Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington and Auckland. Tho Kahika is duo hero on Sunday from Gisborne and Wellington. She will load general cargo on Monday and sail on Monday night for Napier and Gisborne, via ports. The Kartlgi arrived at Lyttelton yesterday from Dunedin. The remainder of her freight from Newcastle, Sydney, and Hobart will be discharged at the Canterbury port. On her periodic visit to tho mission stations In the Melanesian archipelago, the mission steamer Southern Cross left Auckland on Tuesday afternoon. The Port Napier Is expected at Lyttelton about May 5 from Auckland to load for London. From Lyttelton tho vessel will' proceed to Wellington, where she will complete loading. The Port Campbell Is due at Lyttelton from Wanganui on May 13 to load for London and West of England ports. The C. and D, Line steamer Port Curtis, sailed from Wellington last Saturday morning for London, via Montevideo. Dr G. M. Evans, of Timaru, Is accompanying tho vessel as ship’s surgeon. The steamer Tregenna was despatched from Nauru Island on April IS with a full cargo of phosphates for discharge at Auckland, New Plymouth and Wanganui. She Is due at Auckland about April 28. The auxiliary schooner Hula Is under overhaul at Auckland, and will be recommissioned about the end of the month. She will load a full cargo of timber at Auckland for Brisbane. Tho auxiliary schooner Plrl was expected to leave the Auckland powder anchorage on Tuesday with explosives for New Plymouth, Groymouth, Westport, and Dunedin. From Dunedin tho vessel will return to Auckland. The Waitemata was to leave Suva on Wednesday for Vancouver, where she is due on May 15, and will proceed thence to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne and Sydney. The A. and A. Lino chartered steamer Wlrral, which left New York on April 14, resumed her voyage from Hampton Roads on April 15, bound for Wellington, Auckland, Port Alma, Townsville, Cairns, Noumea, and Rabaul. She is duo at Wellington on May 21. The Waiotapu, from Pacific Coast ports, left Papeete on April 19. She, is due at Wellington on April 30, and will go thence to Lyttelton, Melbourne and Sydney. She will return to Vancouver via Fanning Island. MOTOR SHIP RANGITIKI RETURNS. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s motor ship Rangitiki arrived yesterday afternoon from Bluff, and was berthed at the George street wharf, Port Chalmers, to load products for England, Tho vessel will sail next Tuesday morning for Lyttelton and Wellington to complete loading. She Is timed to leave Wellington at daybreak on May 11 for Southampton and London, via Panama. RUAPEHU FROM ENGLAND. Cable advice received by the New Zealand Shipping Company states that the Ruapehu, en route from London and Southampton to Wellington, Port Chalmers, Lyttelton, Auckland and New Plymouth, left Colon on April 21. NORFOLK FROM LIVERPOOL. The Federal Line steamer Norfolk arrived at Auckland on Wednesday morning from Liverpool, via Panama. The vessel has general cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Port Chalmers. Sho Is expected at this port about May 12. DEVON TO LOAD. The Federal-line steamer Devon was due at Bluff yesterday from Brisbane to commence loading for London, and West Coast ports of Great Britain. The vessel's other loading ports are Port Chalmers, Timaru, New Plymouth, Wanganui ! and Wellington. She Is expected at Port Chalmers about Sunday. PORT FREMANTLE LEAVES COLON. Cabled news has been received by tho C. and D. Line that the Port Fremantle left Colon on April 17 for Rotterdam, Hamburg, and London, en route from tho Wanganui roadstead. Tho vessel sailed from Wanganui on March 20, H.M.S. DUNEDIN AT AUCKLAND. H.M.S. Dunedin returned to Auckland last Saturday morning from tho south and berthed at Devonport. On Wednesday she went into dock for overhaul and refit, which is expected to take about a month. CORNWALL LEAVES COLON. The Federal Company has been notified by cable that the Cornwall left Colon on April 17 for London and West Coast of Great Britain, en route from Napier. She sailed from Kapler on March 23. HUNTINGDON AT PORT CHALMERS. The Federal Line steamer Huntingdon arrived on Wednesday morning from Glasgow and Liverpool, via Panama, Auckland, Wellington and Lyttelton. She was berthed at Port Chalmers, where the Dunedin novtlon of her Horae cargo la being discharged. Tho Huntingdon left Liverpool on February 16, and experienced bad weather on the voyage a-ernss the Atlantic. She sailed from Panama on March 7, and experienced fine weather on the run across tho Pacific Ocean, arriving at Auckland on March 28, Captain H. G. B.
