Mainicej Barry, (Kuvow), claim £1 4s sd, for goods supplied, ■ with tests (11s); F. and R. Woods, LtQ.v.y. Hugh Fraser (Macrae’s Flat) ,■ claim £4 6s 6d, for goods supplied, with costs (£1 os 6d); Dalgety and Co.. Ltd., v. W. J. Wallace, costs only (£1 10s); .Ocean Accident .’and Guarantee Corporation, Ltd., v. Alexander Stevens (Mosgiel), claim £l4 10s 6d. for premiums due, with costs (£2 14s); Thomas Thomson v. Gertrude Wahy, claim £5 2s 3d, for goods supplied, with costs (.£1 10s 6d); Superintendent of State Advances (Wellington) v. George Hunter and James Kiddie Hunter, claim £5 Bs, unpaid instalment on mortgage, with costa (£1 4s). JUDGMENT SUMMONS.
■ Bridgor and Co., Ltd., proceeded against James Fraser on a claim for £3 16s 6d. The defendant was ordered to pay the amount of the claim forthwith, with costs (8s), in'default four days’ imprisonment. . . . .
