Walter Lindrum, the Australian billiards champion, played his last public match last evening against S. G. M'Donald m the Corner Billiard Parlour, Cargill’s corner. There was a large crowd of onlookers, and those present were treated to a brilliant display. Lindrum played allround billiards and did not confine himself to one department of the game. His breaks included 376. 292, 100. and 140 His opponent, though absolutely outclassed, played very well for an amateur and 'scored several nice breaks.
