The Sunday Express publishes the story of how the Duke of York overcame a slight impediment in his speech by learning to speak again from the beginning under the tutorship of a young Australian, Mr Lionel Logue. The Express says that the Duke of York at-first feared the ordeal of his Australian tour, but agreed to make a fresh effort, which was successful, and his speech-making was wonderfully improved. —Australian Press Association.
