FIGURES FOR WELLINGTON. (Peb United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 2. Substantial increases in births and deaths and a slight increase in marriages are shown in the vital statistics of Wellington for the half-year of 1928, when compared with the first six months of 1927. The increases in births and marriages are shown in the statistics for last June, when compared with the statistics for June, 1927.
