DRUNK IN CHARGE OF A MOTOR CAE. (Eeh United Press Association.) WELLINGTON. April 16. Carl William Hendrickson, a civil servant, aged 22, was fined £lO and his license was cancelled for six months for being found drunk in charge of a motor cycle.
