Raditch was responsible for another uproar in Parliament when he declared that Serbia instigated the war with her eyes on th e Adriatic, which she was now neglecting. Members of the Government Party attempted to strike M. Raditch, and the proceedings became so violent that the session was temporarily suspended.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
