WORLD CONFERENCE ARRANGED SIGNOR MUSSOLINI TO ATTEND. (Press. Association—Py Telegraph-Copyright.) NEAV YORK, March 8. Signor Mussolini promised the United States that he would attend the conference of the World Anti-narcotic League, which is planning to meet an! confer on the drug traffic. In his letter to the loagne, he said: “ I think well of your programme, and wish to continue to throw all my force against tho drug evil. I will attend the conference in person.” —A. and N.Z. Cable.
