DETAINED IN QUARANTINE. CASES OF MILD FEVER. (Special tc Dairy Times.) WELLINGTON, March 9. The French sloop Cassiopee (Commander P. Auverneyi arrived in the stream at Wellington shortly after 4 p.m. to-day from Noumea, but owing to six ratings being laid up with a mild attack of fever, pratique was withheld and the ship remained in the quarantine ground. Dr M’Lean, port health officer, will again visit the Cassiopoe early to-morrow morning with other officers of tho Health Dopartmo.it to examine the cases.
