Baird, £1 Is for man having most entries throughout Trial; F. Johnson, £1 Is for dog doing best head in Class II; T. Scott, £1 Is for competitor coming longest distance; D. Rowe, £1 Is for youngest competitor in Local Event, No. IV; J. W. Reed, bridle : for youngest competitor; Mrs J. W. M'Lean, Silver Cup (value £3 3s) for maiden dog scoring most points in Class III: Mr William Milne (Arrowtown), bridle for winner of Class IV; George Chalmers, Queenstown, double rein bridle for competitor having most entries in Class IV. RULES FOR MUSTERING TEAM. Dr W. A. Anderson (Queenstown) presents a Silver Cup for the Best Mustering Team, to be won twice in succession or three years at intervals. The trophy will be awarded under the following rules:— 1. The mustering team must comprise three dogs (one heading dog and two huntaways)_, which have been the property of the nominator for three months before the Trials. The Club can demand a sworn declaration regarding the three months’ ownership should they deem it necessary. 2. The entries shall be for Classes II and 111. 3. The names of the three dogs commust be given With nominations. 4. The nominator must Work his own docs. . 5. The competitor scoring most, points snail be the winner of the prize. 6. Open to all comers. 7. All dogs nominated for the mustering team must qualify with at least 10 points in their respective classes, and comply with all conditions in those classes. Luncheon Booth on the Ground. A~DANCE Will be held on the Evening of FRIDAY, 16th MARCH. The following are the JUMPING EVENTS at A. and P. SHOW on WEDNESDAY, 14th March, 1928. Leaping Horse, over five flights of hurdles; three trials.—First, £lO and Cup valued at £5 5s (presented by Mr S. C. Sutherland, Dunedin); second, £5; third, £2. Post entry, 10s.
