At First Church to-morrow the Rev. A. C. W. Standage, M.A., will preach in the morning, his subject being the School of Christ.” in the evening Ur Merrington, assisted by Mr M. W. B. Scott at Cargill Road Methodist Church to-morrow at 6.30 pan. The Rev. R. Ferguaon Fish will preaeft at both services at the Caversnam Presbyterian Church to-morrow. The Rev. Alexander gangster will.conduct both services to-morrow m St. Stephens Church. Mr Eric Ewart will be the soloist. The choir will sing the anthem “Lead, Kindly Light.' “Peter Mastered by Christ will be the subject of Pastor J. Wilsons address in York Place Hall to-morrow evening. In Knox Church to-morrow morning the Rev. Tulloch Yuille will continue a study of the historical Jesus with Hi® title “The Historial Jesus Against His Background,” and in the evening a students’ service' will be held, wutu ’ the subject “A Study In Success: (2) The Secret Victories First.” The Rev. H. E. tollhouse will conduct both services iu Trinity Methodist, Church, Stuart street, to-morrow, preaching in the morning on “ Life’s Living Background ” and in the evening on •• Christ’s Doctrine of the Extra. At the latter service Miss M. Henderson will 8 *The Rev, W. Walker will conduct both services in the Octagon Hall to-morrow. At 6.30 p.m. a special musical service will be held. Appropriate music will be rendered by Mrs George Scott, M. R. tie Rose, Mus. Bac., and Mr Charles A. Martin and the choir. The Rov. Mr Walker will preach on “Standing Four Square.” _ . The morning service at the Dundas Street Methodist Church to-morrow will be conducted by the Rev. James Richards (of Mornington). The Rev. W. H. Hocking will conduct the evening worship, and the sermon theme will be “ Satiated or Satisfied?” “The Everlasting Four Reasons for Preparing Now!” is Evangelist Forbes Macieod’s subject at the Gospel Tent Mission in King street tomorrow at S pan. Harvest festival services will be held at tbs Dowling Street Fortress of the Salvation Army to-morro.v. Music and song will be rendered, and the addresses should prove interesting. The decorations are very attractive, and the platform represents a country scene, with a house, church, crops, and hills, making a charming scene: Special lighting effects have been arranged.
